Not everyone feels comfortable in a gym setting. At Amme Fitness your Personal Trainer will arrange to meet at your home or a place that is convenient for you, such as your workplace, a nearby park or beach. Your Personal Trainer will bring the necessary equipment and can work with any of the equipment you may already have at home.








Amme Fitness offers Home Based Personal Training. Your trainer will come to your home, or a place that is convenient for you such as your workplace or a nearby park or beach. They will bring any of the necessary equipment or can work with any of the equipment you may already have at home.
On your first personal training session you will sit down with your trainer and discuss what you would like to achieve this may include:

• Weight loss
• Muscle toning
• Increasing Fitness and Strength
• Increasing Flexibility
• Pre/Post natal Training
• Core Conditioning
• Cross training for a sport
• Rehabilitating an injury
• Training for a specific event

You may be asked questions about what exercise you have been doing lately, or what you have been eating during your typical day. You will also be asked if you have any injuries or medical conditions so that we can exercise safely. Then your trainer will take you through a workout that is specific to your needs, you may also be given additional exercises to do by yourself before your next personal training session.
Your personal training sessions from then on will be tailored so that you are exercising efficiently, and at the correct level for your body.
