Our Community Nursing Service provides Nursing and related Health Professional Services to allow people to live in their own home with independence and dignity in circumstances where they might otherwise require hospital or in-service care. We provide 24 hour, 7 day a week Nursing Care in patients homes anywhere in the Wellington, Hutt, Kapi-Mana, and Wairarapa areas. Professional hands will support recovery, the administration of medication, treatments and personal health cares.
The scope of our service includes:

Compression Therapy for Leg Ulcers, including prevention and maintenance
Medication Management including giving Eye Drops
Catheter Care
Management of bladder or bowel continence

Full service support at all levels of rehabilitation including:-

All of our services are provided in your home by Health Professionals working in the community.

Our Focus is your wellbeing
Successful outcomes are derived from comprehensive planning. Upon referral you will contacted and visited by a Registered Nurse who will consult fully with you. The Registered Nurse will co-ordinate all aspects of your service, while your coordinator will personally plan the delivery of services that meet your needs. Should you wish others including your family or whanau to be present at any time during planning or service delivery they will be very welcome.

Our aim is to assist you to achieve and or maintain your goals for the dignified and independent life you choose.
