We are not the agent of any business that has listed or advertised on the website. We do not endorse any business listed, or advertisers, or their products and services and have no control over the quality, safety, suitability, legality, availability or price of any product or service promoted by them, or others, on the website. We are not involved, on behalf of either you or the listing business or advertiser, in any dealing resulting from your use of the website. You must communicate and deal with businesses that are listed, or advertisers, directly in order to complete transactions or resolve any problems arising from them.
We charge on a single fee basis, for ‘enhanced’ listings. Your charge, if you select an enhanced listing, is for the total duration of the term.
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
We will publish a form of your listing indefinitely unless directed to remove your listing by an authorized person from your business. Our charge for a listing may be different from the previous terms charge, however we will advise each business of any increase prior to this taking place.
All cancellations must be made in writing to New Zealand Delivers. Please use the CONTACT US facility. For "enhanced" listings, if the cancellation occurs after the listing has already gone live, the fee for that term stands and remains payable by the advertiser.
You agree that we may collect information about you and your business. The information may be obtained from you and others or generated from equipment used to provide our services when you or anyone else uses our service. You may decide whether to provide any information we seek from you, however, if you do not provide it, we may not be able to provide adequate listing services for you. You may ask to see information we hold about you, so long as we can readily retrieve it, and you may correct or change any details that are wrong via our registration process.
We may hold the information and share it with other of New Zealand Delivers companies and/or related entities, with our offices, employees, contractors, agents and customers, with collection agencies and with credit reference agencies, so as to provide services or information to you and others, send you bills, recover money you owe and keep you informed of services available to you.
You are responsible for keeping confidential any PIN number or password used by, or allocated to you. We may assume that any request or instruction we receive is authorized by you if it is accompanied by suitable verification (for example, your billing account number, PIN number, or password).
New Zealand Delivers Ltd may at any time and without notice to the business listing, or advertiser, cancel, reject or refuse to continue posting any listing without providing any reason for such rejection or refusal of listing material at any time prior to, or after, posting of the listing/advertising. This right will not be unreasonably exercised.
New Zealand Delivers is located in New Zealand and this Agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Hearing of any matter arising from this Agreement will take place in Auckland, New Zealand.
If any provision of this Agreement is held illegal or unenforceable, then such illegality or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions of this Agreement which shall remain in full force and effect as if such provision held to be illegal or unenforceable had not been included in this Agreement.

Any personal information given to, or held by, New Zealand Delivers Limited, that you have submitted by way of the registration process, such as your name, address, phone number and email address will be used by New Zealand Delivers solely for the purposes of New Zealand Delivers Limited making contact with you about your listing, informing you of changes to our website, and to keep you up to date about our services.
Any information that you specifically choose to enter for public viewing and use of, by way of your business listing, or via advertising, or by placement of a "special offer" then such information goes into the public domain.
To help in providing the best possible results from online usage of the website, for both users and advertisers, we may gather information about how people use the site. This information when collected will allow the website to display content that is more relevant specifically to you (eg My common searches), and hence allow you to use some of the advanced features of the website.
To keep this information organised (e.g. what is searched for, the most commonly searched for goods/services, what area/region delivery is sought for etc.) we identify your computer as a unique computer using a browser cookie, but this does not identify you as an individual. This in no way harms your computer, and you can delete the cookie at any time using your browser (this may result in advanced features like 'my common searches' being cleared).
